OUR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Our services include shotcreting, creating hydrophobic barriers, injecting, and structural reinforcement of buildings.

SHOTCRETING

Shotcreting is a modern and efficient process of applying concrete under pressure to various surfaces. It is used in both low-rise and high-rise buildings where additional strength, stability, and protection of structural elements are required. The process allows concrete to be evenly applied to the substrate, even in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a more compact, denser, and stronger structure compared to traditional concreting.

Due to its flexibility, shotcreting is ideal for repairing damage, reinforcing load-bearing elements, and protecting structures from external influences. The process allows for quick execution, excellent adhesion to the substrate, and a high level of durability, ensuring long-term stability and reliability of the structure.

HYDROPHOBIC BARRIERS

Hydrophobic barriers are an effective solution for protecting walls and structures from capillary moisture rise, which often causes plaster deterioration, damage to wallpaper, stains, and an unpleasant damp odor. It is a process in which a special hydrophobic material is introduced into the wall or foundation structure, preventing water from moving through capillary pathways.

By installing hydrophobic barriers, the building is protected from moisture in the long term, improving living comfort and preventing further damage to structural and finishing layers. The process is effective in both older and newer buildings, as it does not require major construction interventions and allows for a quick and permanent solution to moisture issues.

INJECTING

Injecting is a process of introducing special substances, most often aqueous solutions or resins, into structural elements or soil to improve their strength, stability, and water resistance. it is used for filling cracks, sealing foundations, preventing capillary moisture rise, and reinforcing soil or concrete structures.

The process is highly effective in ensuring long-term durability and maintaining the integrity of the structure, especially in areas with high humidity or where the structure is exposed to external stresses. Furthermore, it is a non-invasive method that can be applied without significant interventions in the existing construction, making it an ideal solution for both new and older buildings.

STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENTS

Structural reinforcements are a key process in the restoration and strengthening of structures that have been damaged or weakened due to chemical, physical, and mechanical influences, as well as natural causes or changes in the building's purpose. The aim of reinforcement is to restore or increase the load-bearing capacity, stability, and reliability of structural elements, ensuring that the building can safely perform its function again.

Professionally executed structural reinforcements ensure the long-term safety of the building and prevent further deterioration of the structure. The procedures are tailored to the specific requirements of each building, using modern materials and technologies that provide effective solutions with minimal intervention in the existing structure.

MANUFACTURE OF IBU ANCHORS

The manufacture of IBU anchors provides a reliable and efficient solution for anchoring structural elements into concrete, brick, or stone. IBU anchors are used in building restorations, reinforcing structures, and new constructions where additional load-bearing capacity and stability are required.

The process is based on precise preparation of drill holes and the installation of anchors using special materials that ensure high mechanical strength and long service life. IBU anchors allow for the safe transfer of loads to the load-bearing structure and are also suitable for demanding conditions, such as damp environments or heavily loaded structures. Due to their reliability and adaptability, IBU anchors are an ideal solution for structural restorations, reinforcement of walls, foundations, and other structural elements, where safety is a top priority.
